RETURN POLICY


What is your return policy?

We are certain you will love our lashes, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied - you may return them for a full refund minus shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 30 days upon receiving your order. Lashes must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. 

If you experience an item to be defective, please email us indicating your name, order number, and issue with the lashes. We may require images for assessment. If the product is deemed defective by us, you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement of the same item.

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees required for the return. 


How do I proceed with a return?

To request a refund, please contact us at info@shopbloomlashes.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you a RMF (return of merchandise form) outlining the steps for sending the lashes back to us.


How long does it take to process the return?

Upon receiving and inspection of the lashes, we will issue a refund immediately. You will receive an email from us confirming the refund. Please allow 14 days to see the refund back to your original method of payment.


Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at this time.
