What is the difference between mink and silk lashes?

Mink lashes are made from 100% natural fur. They provide a very natural look and comfortable feel as they are super lightweight and flexible.

With proper care, you can wear our mink lashes up to 25 times.

Silk lashes are made from a high quality manufactured fiber. They are hand assembled for durability while maintaining its comfortability. They are lighter, more flexible, and more natural than synthetic lashes from earlier generations.

With proper care, you can wear our silk lashes up to 15 times.

Are mink lashes cruelty-free?

Our mink lashes are entirely cruelty-free. Hairs are collected during the shedding season by gently brushing the animals. Hairs are also sterilized to ensure they are hypo-allergenic.

Can I curl my false lashes?

It is not necessary to curl our lashes. However, if you choose to do so, you may curl your mink lashes with an eyelash curler. Your silk lashes will uphold its original curl, therefore, you do not need to curl them.

Can I swim or shower in my false lashes? 

We strongly advise against swimming or showering with your lashes on. This can ruin the curl and shape of your lashes.

Can I apply mascara onto my false lashes?

It is not recommended to apply mascara directly onto your false lashes. This can ruin the quality of the hairs and lessen the longevity. You may apply mascara on your own lashes prior to applying Bloom Lashes.

Is lash adhesive included with my purchase? 

Our Bloom Brush On Lash Adhesive is available for purchase as a separate entity. We highly recommend using our latex free / formaldehyde free adhesive with your Bloom Lashes! Find them here.

Why is my lash adhesive dried out and/or clumpy? 

Our Bloom Brush On Lash Adhesive does not contain latex and is instead, made from a water based formula.  Since our formula is water based - it is sensitive to freezing temperatures. We strongly advise you to be aware of where you store your adhesive - as sometimes leaving it in your purse or car during the winter season will damage the compound. It will not thaw - please dispose.

I received my lash adhesive in the mail and it is dried out and/or clumpy. What happened?

Before sending out an order, we throughly check the quality of our products including our adhesive. Unfortunately, due to the formula being water based and latex - free, it can not endure any freezing temperatures. This is beyond our control, especially during the winter months, when your shipment has left our warehouse and is en route to you. If you have received an adhesive that is damaged - please advise us immediately so we can look into the situation and replace it for you immediately. 

Are false lashes easy to apply and remove? How do I care for them?

Yes, Bloom Lashes are easy to apply and remove. Practice makes perfect!

Caring for your lashes require very minimal work but routine maintenance will keep them looking great and extend its longevity.

Bloom Lashes are safe to use on your existing lashes! Just ensure you are using a high quality lash adhesive such as our Bloom Brush On Lash Adhesive and learn how to properly apply/remove your lashes. You can find our instructions here.

Are lash strips one size? How do I measure and trim them to fit my eye?
